- What does that mean, Energy Saving Agreement?
It is what we offer to our loyal customers to help them save some extra cash. - How does it work?
When you sign up for the agreement, we agree to take good care of your AC and heating system. We will visit you twice a year for annual maintenance which is at no extra cost, where we will take all the necessary measures to ensure best operation of your system. We will rinse your outdoor coils, we will check the refrigerant level and even include one pound of refrigerant with the service for Free if needed. We will check all the mechanical components of your HVAC system and give you a full report on what our findings were, and if we have any recommendations for you to make it last longer. You in turn, agree to simply be our customer and use us as your HVAC contractor when needed, without any obligations. - So where is the saving coming from?
Statistically it has been proven that improper refrigerant charge in your system may lead to a significant decrease in the efficiency of your system. That being said, when during our maintenance visit, we check your refrigerant level, and adjust it to its proper pressure level will ensure that your system will work more efficiently and therefore you will be saving money!
Another stat shows that dirty outdoor coils, often due to a large accumulation of debri and leaves inside a condenser unit also largely decreases your HVAC system's energy efficiency, causing you to have larger bills every month.
